GEORGE LEMPERIS
LEAD GUITAR
 
George started playing guitar when he was about 15.
After a brief stint in "Inertia" as a drummer, he moved back to guitar to stay.
George began playing full time in bands when he was about 22.
He has been playing like a lunatic ever since.
 
Favorite bands:  "...too numerous to mention...
Favorite players:  "Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jeff Beck,
     Steve Morse, Eric Johnson (oh he's good!), Duane Allman, Paul Gilbert,
     Eddie Van Halen and a host of others...oh yea, Danny Gatton and Steve
     Henderson.  What about Frank Gambale.  Eric Clapton of course.  Lately
     I've been getting into the Austin guys, Jimmie Vaughan, Kenny Wayne
     Shephard, Chris Duarte, Doyle Bramhall, Jr.  I love that cat from the
Blues Magoos....Jerry Pie-okkk?".
 
George's Equipment:
A 1980 Gibson-USA Les Paul Deluxe Blacktop,
A Brown 1981 Fender-USA Stratocaster Deluxe,
A Black 1992 Fender-Mexico Stratocaster, And
A Black 1998 Epiphone PR-350 CE Acoustic/Electric.
George uses a brass slide & any picks he finds laying around the stage.
His Amplifier Is A 70's Marshall Fifty Split Channel Reverb Combo.
 
Pedal's Include: DOD Digital Chorus,
Cry Baby Wah, and an Ernie Ball Volume Pedal.
George Uses An Electro Voice PL88 Microphone.
